rbajiee reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point — including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any time during your use of the Platform where verification is deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within the timeframe specified by rbajiee may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Account credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes issued to your registered mobile number — are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. rbajiee accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials confidential. You must notify rbajiee immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

rbajiee reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, including but not limited to requesting proof of payment method ownership, requesting source-of-funds documentation, or placing a temporary hold on a withdrawal pending review. Such checks are conducted to protect both the Player and the integrity of the Platform and are not indicative of any wrongdoing on the Player's part.

In the event that a deposit is credited to your account in error — whether due to a technical fault, a payment processor error, or any other reason — you are obligated to notify rbajiee immediately and must not wager those funds. rbajiee reserves the right to reverse erroneous credits at any time.

rbajiee offers a variety of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, matched deposit bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup matches, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladeshi calendar. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players as specified in the individual promotion terms. Welcome bonuses are typically available to new players making their first deposit only. Players who have previously held an account at rbajiee under a different identity, email address, device, or IP address are not eligible for new-player promotions.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier — for example, a "30x wagering requirement" on a ৳1,000 bonus means the Player must wager a total of ৳30,000 before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to meeting a Wagering Requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games, roulette, and sports betting wagers may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated free bet credits expire if the Wagering Requirement is not met within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion. Expired bonus balances are removed from the account without compensation.
• Maximum Bonus Bet: While a wagering requirement is active on your account, the maximum permitted bet from Bonus Funds per round or per event is ৳500 unless individual promotion terms specify a higher limit. Bets exceeding this limit during an active wagering period may result in forfeiture of the associated bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Abuse and Collusion: rbajiee reserves the right to forfeit any bonus and void any associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a Player has exploited, manipulated, or abused any promotional offer, including through the use of automated software, arbitrage strategies, or coordination with other players.

rbajiee employs automated and manual fraud detection systems that monitor account activity for patterns indicative of prohibited conduct. Where a violation is identified, rbajiee may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account; void all pending bets; forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct; withhold and return the original deposit amount only (net of any withdrawals already made); and report the Player's details to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities.

All games offered on the rbajiee Platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by the individual rules and paytable information displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the outcome recorded on rbajiee's server logs, the server-side record shall be treated as authoritative.

For sports betting markets — including cricket (Bangladesh Tigers internationals, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, kabaddi, and other sports offered on the Platform — the following general terms apply:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted subject to rbajiee's prevailing maximum stake limits for each market, which are displayed at the time of bet placement. rbajiee reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet without being required to provide a reason.
• Void Bets: Bets on events that are cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise do not reach the requisite conclusion for settlement purposes will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Wallet Balance. Specific voiding rules for each sport are published in the sports betting rules section of the Platform.
• In-Play Betting: Bets placed on in-play markets are accepted at the discretion of rbajiee's trading team. In-play odds are subject to rapid change and suspension. A bet is only confirmed when a unique bet reference number is issued and displayed to the Player.
• Disconnection: rbajiee is not responsible for bets lost or games interrupted due to internet connection failures, power outages, or device malfunctions on the Player's side. Where a live casino game is interrupted on rbajiee's server side, the relevant game provider's disconnection policy applies.
• Error in Odds: Where a bet is accepted at clearly erroneous odds (whether due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure), rbajiee reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake, regardless of whether the event has already settled.

RNG (random number generator) game outcomes — including slots, virtual table games, and instant-win titles — are determined by certified random number generation algorithms supplied by the respective game providers. rbajiee does not influence game outcomes in any way. Game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are disclosed in each game's help section.

rbajiee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any other policy published on the Platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the registered account holder is under the age of 18.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, identity theft, money laundering, or collusion.
• An active self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or by a third party with valid legal standing to make such a request on the account holder's behalf.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or legal obligation requiring rbajiee to restrict or terminate the account.
• Extended inactivity — an account that has not recorded a login for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account procedures, including any applicable inactivity fees, are communicated to the Player by email prior to taking effect.

Where an account is closed by rbajiee for reasons other than a breach of these Terms (for example, in the case of a voluntary self-exclusion or a regulatory requirement), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, rbajiee reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance subject to the outcome of any investigation or legal process.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rbajiee provides the Platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

rbajiee does not accept liability for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if rbajiee has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform — whether for maintenance, technical failure, or any other reason — that results in the loss of a bet, a game session, or access to account funds during that period.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, statistics, or predictions displayed on the Platform, which are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or betting advice.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
• Any loss arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, data feed suppliers, or telecommunications networks.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits rbajiee's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which rbajiee operates and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

rbajiee reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered Players by email and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.
